Delivery questions
SnugShells onesies are pre-order items with an estimated delivery window of 10–15 business days. Send your order reference to support for an update. Read the shipping information for details.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support promptly after delivery. Include your order reference, a short description, and clear photos of the issue. Do not email payment card details or your PayPal password.
